Sometimes you seem to go round in circles and, after a while, you end up with the same problems again and again. Although you are highly motivated to tackle the problem, there seems to be no approach to solve it in the long run. It is then time to seek help.
Systemic counselling and therapy is about enabling you to help yourself. It assumes that you as a patient/client basically already know what is good for you. The main point of the counselling or therapy process is to recognize why you do not have access to this knowledge at the moment or why you cannot apply it in your everyday life. Counselling and therapy are searching processes in which you are and remain the expert. My task is to help you in this search and to encourage you to try new paths and to open new doors.
